More Than Just a Job: Why a Career with Bronson Johnson is the Move You’ve Been Waiting For
If you’ve been working in the Ottawa construction or home improvement scene for a while, you already know the drill. A lot of companies treat their crews like numbers on a spreadsheet. You show up, do the heavy lifting, go home, and repeat.
At Bronson Johnson Seamless Eavestroughs, we do things differently.
We are actively growing our team and looking for a Trailer Lead to run a truck, manage job sites, and lead a crew that takes genuine pride in delivering premium eavestrough, soffit, and fascia installations across the Ottawa area.
But we don't just want anyone. We want someone who wants a workplace where they can genuinely enjoy their days, take pride in their craft, and build a career surrounded by a team that feels like family. Here is a look at what makes working with us a totally different experience.

Work Hard, Have Fun, and Love What You Do
Let’s be real—the construction industry is demanding. The hours are steady (typically Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM), and the work requires physical stamina, from climbing ladders to moderate lifting.
But who says you can’t look forward to your workday? One of our core company philosophies is that you should have fun, enjoy yourself, and be proud of what you achieve by the time you clock out.
We believe that a great job isn't just about the paycheck—it’s about the environment. We aren't just co-workers; we are a true team. We treat everyone who joins us like family, spending quality time together both on and off the job site. We’ve built a supportive, positive culture where everyone laughs, works together, and actually wants to show up every morning. If you love working outside, leading a great group of people, and ending the day with a smile, you'll fit right in here.

Take Ownership: What it Means to Be a Trailer Lead
As a Trailer Lead, you aren't just taking orders—you’re running the show. You are the face of the company on-site, which means you get to:
Lead the Crew: Mentor team members and drive a positive, efficient, and enjoyable workflow.
Manage the Project: Take charge of the truck, understand the specific details of each residential or commercial job, and execute them with precision.
Connect with Clients: Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners from the moment you arrive until the final walkthrough.
What We Are Looking For
We believe in employing highly motivated individuals who possess an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. If you meet the following baseline requirements, you’ll fit right in:
A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Your own CSA-approved (green triangle) work boots.
A clean criminal record.
A professional, well-groomed presentation and a polite, friendly attitude.
While a high school diploma and 5+ years of construction or maintenance experience are huge assets, we highly value personal drive, natural initiative, and a solution-focused mindset over a perfect piece of paper. If you can use basic technology to log job data and keep your tools and vehicle in top shape, we want to talk to you.

The Bronson Johnson Standard
We built our reputation in Ottawa on flawless craftsmanship and unmatched customer service. That means we keep our sites exceptionally clean, look out for each other’s safety (fully WHMIS compliant), and keep our personal phones away while working to stay focused, productive, and safe.
When you join our team, you are joining a dedicated crew of professionals who take pride in protecting Ottawa homes and enjoying the journey together like family.
Ready to Build a Career You Actually Enjoy?
If you’re highly ambitious, love a mix of hard work and great team energy, and are ready to make an impact on the Ottawa construction scene, we want to hear from you.
